Girl Scout Promise Center

Located at 157 Babylon Tpke, Roosevelt NY, this project turns a uniquely shaped and challenging lot into a community hub. This Promise Center is designed to be a central meeting space for the Girl Scouts of Nassau County (GSNC) as their current building has become too small. The goal with this project was to develop a facility useful for girl scouts of all ages as well as non-girl scout community members. This design includes flexible and multi-use spaces to host troop meetings, community events, and learning activities for all to help foster revitalization in an underserved area.
